The rules

All submissions must be in .jpg format and no larger than 1.5Mb in filesize, with a minimum width of 500 pixels.

Submissions that do not meet this quality may be rejected, or may not be displayed as you intended.

All images must be accompanied by a short caption, relating to the photograph.

Supporting text (the ‘article’) can also be entered, providing written information regarding to the photograph. This could include the location or historical details. If you’d rather not write an article then one of our editors or another contributor can write a short article on your behalf.

Please note that the article you submit may be altered to correct grammer, typographical or factual errors.

It is the submitters responsibility to ensure that all the necessary permissions are obtained from any people featured in their photograph(s).
